Demand under the Public Share Offering of Repsol shares directed to employees and pensioners of the Repsol Group has been 48,459 million pesetas. The number of petitioners has amounted to 8,548. The number of revoked buying orders has been 53, for the amount of 234 million pesetas.

On Monday, April 28th, the retail selling price for this offer to employees (which may not be higher than the maximum price of 6,327 pesetas established on April 21st) will be set. The definitive price for this offer will be the result of applying a 10% discount to the weighted average price quoted at the April 28th stock market session, unless this price should be higher than the maximum price or the institutional price, in which case the most favourable price for the employee will be applied.
