HAS BEEN SET AT 4,147 PESETAS

Retail Price The retail price has been fixed at 4,147 pesetas. This is the result of
applying a 4% discount to the Market Reference Price, equivalent to the weighted
average quotation for Repsol shares at the Spanish Continuous Market session for
today, February 5th, which was 4,320 pesetas. Institutional Price The institutional price has been set at 4.335 pesetas,taking as reference the
closing price for the share at the Monday, February 5th session of the Spanish
Continuous Market. |
