Repsol
Distribuci�n, Repsol's affiliate company engaged in the manufacture and
distribution of lubricating oils, has signed a service-fill agreement with the
Korean car company Daewoo for the use of its new range of lubricants
Repsol Elite by the Daewoo concessionary network in
Spain.
This agreement was signed by Pascual Olmos, Executive President of
Repsol Distribuci�n, and Alfred Waschl, President of Daewoo Motor Ib�rica, S.A.
and also contemplates the sale of Repsol gear-box oils and maintenance
products.
Daewoo started its activities in Spain during 1995 as Daewoo
Motor Ib�rica and has launched two of its car models. According to the magazine
Fortune, Daewoo ranks number 33 in the world, with sales of 600,000 vehicles per
annum, and its objective is to reach the figure of 2 million vehicles per year
in order to become one of the world's top ten manufacturers.
Repsol's new
range of lubricants, Repsol ELITE, was launched recently for
all types of engines and performance, and complies with the strictest
international quality norms.
The aforementioned agreement was signed on
June 30th last and is the first step in a cooperation policy between the two
companies
