THE RETAIL SELLING PRICE PER REPSOL SHARE IS 3,448 PESETAS
 

In fulfilment of the terms of the Public Share offering (PSO) of Repsol shares, the prices are the following:

Retail Price:

The retail price for Repsol shares is 3,448 pesetas. This price is the Market Reference Price, equal to the average share price at the daily stock market session held today, Monday, April 10th, 3,630 pesetas, with a 5% discount.

Institutional Price:

The institutional price has been set at 3,620 pesetas, by taking the share price of Monday April 10th at the Spanish Continous Market.

The total demand and the terms for the pro-rata will be announced on Tuesday, April 11th, by means of a press release.
