The main function of the oil is to reduce to a minimum the wear that is produced by the friction of the pieces of an engine in use, to help the refrigeration of the motor, protection against corrosion and clean contaminating deposits.

2.- Every car manufacturer establishes the interval of the oil change for each car. However, it is advisable to change the oil at least once a year even though you have done fewer miles.

3.- A good multi-grade oil helps to start the car from scratch, quickly reaching all parts of the motor, it can be used throughout the year at any temperature and keeps the motor free of deposits and mud.

Additionally, synthetic or synthetic-based oils increase the time between oil changes since they degrade less, and they reduce fuel consumption.
