Materials:
- Linen, terylene, dacron or any other transparent textile fibre.
- Cotton rope.
Steps:
1. Measure the window space and leave spaces of 20 cm either side.
2. Bend over the textile slightly on both sides. About 2 cm on top (to reinforce the straps) and 6 cm below. All this can be done by machine.
3. Fix on the rope with needles, depending on the design chosen to decorate the curtains. Hand stitch starting from the centre of the design and taking care not to come out on the other side of the material.
4. To fix up the curtain, we need to attach some straps and add them to the rail. These are sewn on at spaces of 10 cm so that you only see the bow on the outside.
