Synopsis: Holly Golightly (Audrey Hepburn) is an attractive woman who lives with her cat in an apartment on Fifth Avenue in New York. Holly leads a hectic life and often throws parties at night in her apartment, angering some of her neighbors. By accident she meets Paul Varjak (George Peppard), a new tenant who wants to be a writer and is the lover of Edith (Patricia Neal), a rich woman who is married. Holly and Paul establish a friendship that blossoms into love, although Paul's relationship with Edith and the appearance of Jos� da Silva (Jos� Luis de Vilallonga) in Holly's life complicates things even more.
