Before she can do this, Dorothy and Toto flee from the farm. When they return, a strange tornado sends the house flying. Dorothy and her dog end up in an enchanted land of bright colors called Oz. There they meet Glinda, the Good Witch of the East (Billie Burke), and the friendly little Munchkins, but Dorothy still wants to go back home. Glinda helps her reach the place where the Wizard of Oz lives (Frank Morgan). He is the only one who can help her return home. During the trip she meets the Scarecrow, (Ray Bolger), the Tin Man (Jack Haley) and the Cowardly Lion (Bert Lahr).
