Synopsis: Charlie is a witty and shameless dog that lives off gambling-related businesses. One night he is murdered by his partner and goes up to heaven where he finds many floating watches. Charlie manages to catch one of these floating watches and return to earth, once again getting together with his old friend Ichty. He then discover that his partner, Carafea, has kidnapped Mar�a, a girl that can always pick the winner of races thanks to being able to talk to the competing animals.
