Utility: Create a seaside atmosphere in a bathroom with a highly original picture.

Materials:
- A small frame with a background.
- Blue or green paint.
- A thin board of the same size as the frame.
- Glue.
- Varied decorative elements: shells, starfish or small stones from a river.
Steps:
1. On the board we have cut to the same size as the frame, place a bit of burlap and paint it all blue. Later, glue on the decorative elements such as shells or starfish. This will be the base of the picture.
2. Using a small roller, apply metallic paint to the whole table in thin layers, without going over what you have already painted so as to avoid streaks. If necessary apply several coats, but always let the previous one dry first.
3. Paint the frame the same color and insert the background which you have already prepared. To strengthen it, stick in some upholstery tacks in the back.
Advices:
This is a pretty and highly original decoration for any part of the house. You should get used to placing decorative elements in bathrooms. You can also use dried flowers or a small wooden toy. In the kitchen you can decorate with seeds: corn, beans or chick peas, for instance.
