Utility: Personalize your bathroom.
Difficulty: High.
Cost: High.
Materials: - Thin ceramic tiles.
- Plaster and ceramic glue.
- Glass shelves (cut to measure).
- Hooks and wall plugs.
Steps:
1. Do this when you already have other remodeling work planned. You supply the idea but it is best to have a professional do the work. Draw a sketch on the wall to set out exactly the shape you want. Make an edge all around the thin wall, well joined to the wall with plaster as wide as the ceramic tiles.
2. Once everything dries, apply the tiles carefully so they fit the sketch. Measure carefully the internal space to install the glass shelves. They are placed on the supports that will be attached to the wall with plugs and hooks, keeping in mind the weight that must be withstood.
Advices: - Do this when already carrying out other remodeling work at home. The project is a bit complicated but it will look great and be very practical. The bathroom will look even better if you place the same ceramic tiles around the mirror and at the base of the shower. They are easy to clean. The shelf will serve to hold all the appliances you need and be handy always. |
