Alonso's victory in Hungaroring was so spectacular that it is worthwhile remembering a single image, that of the Asturian's Renault lapping Schumacher's (five world titles) Ferrari in a sigh as well the other Renault, that of his team partner.

Jim Clark would have been able to sign this victory without any problems. An absolute domain of trials, the pole position, an impeccable exit and three perfect refills. In fact, victory in Hungary already entered in the plans of Flavio Briatore, who thanks to Alonso can go to Paris next week to request a budget. However, nobody thought that the victory would have been so overwhelming.

He won in great style. As usual, he did not make any mistakes and put the icing on the cake when he lapped Schumacher and Trulli three laps from the end of the race, without a doubt something humilliating for the German driver, not very used to this, and also for the Italian driver.

Besides making history and entering record books, Alonso's victory thas tightened the race for the World title for the three main contenders. The next meeting is in Monza, almost unimportant, in the home of a Ferrari team which is going through a rough patch. Back�
