David Richards is celebrating his first year in charge of BAR Honda and he thinks that it is the right moment to go for bigger things. �A large part of the consolidation work is behind us now and now we are in a position to tackle the challenge of the big three teams. Jenson Button is the star of the team after the excellent season he had in 2003 (17 points and two fourth positions) and the exit of Jacques Villeneuve with more than� a bit of bad blood. The� Briton is very optimistic: �The 2004 season will undoubtedly be very exciting for us. The pre-season tests have gone very well and we can expect some great results. Who knows, perhaps I will get my first ever victory�.
