| El�as recovers from his operation |
| Toni El�as will be in tip-top form for the Italian GP after the simple operation on his forearms after the race in Le Mans where he finished third. El�as was suffering from �compartmental syndrome�, that is to say that he had the muscles in his forearms excessively worked because of the efforts he makes when riding the bike. The surgery is very simple and the Spanish rider is now thinking about the next GP �In France things went well for us and at Mugello I hope to be back on the podium�. |

| Daniel Pedrosa visited the Honda stand at the Madrid Motor Show for an hour where he attracted a lot of attention, there he signed autographs and posed for photos with fans. The he saw the Asimo, the latest technological display from the Japanese company. �I had seen it before in Japan, but it is always a pleasure to admire the advanced technology that makes it all possible� the current World 125cc Champion said. |

| Rolfo�s run finished |
| Roberto Rolfo could not continue the run he was on at Le Mans, he had won points in the previous 24 races � starting at the GP in Portugal 2002 to this year in Jerez. The current WSC runner-up fell when he was fighting for the podium and now cannot equal the record for consecutive victories in 250cc. The record holder Ralf Waldman, with 34,followed by Ralf Waldmann and Daijiro Kato. |

| Alzamora is boss at a team in the CEV |
| Emilio Alzamora is still working in the motorbike world. After retiring from the WSC at the end of last season he is now boss of the Caja Madrid team in the Spanish Speed Championship. The ex rider is very pleased with his new job to teach young riders, Aleix Espargar� and Pere Tutusaus �Aleix has developed very well in the pre-season and has hopes of of getting on the podium from the very start. Pere lacks experience, but I am hopeful that he can finish among the first ten�. |
