Load index
This is also known as system capacity. It is the weight that a tyre can withstand without exploding. Usually. the indication appears on the side of the tyre next to the code for speed (that is the maximum speed that an unexploded tyre withstands). The two indications depend directly on the quantity of layers of canvas in the tyre.
 
Longitudinal engine
This is a type of engine layed out so that its axis. that is to say the crankshaft. coincides with the forward direction of the vehicle.
 
Loose wheel
This is a type of suspension whose part for joining the wheel and the body is articulated at the front of the axle. It has an arm which is connected to the body by the front part and to the wheel with the back part. When the arms on each side are joined it is called torsional axis suspension or in H.
